College Girl Eats : Week One

This is a very versatile base to begin with and I’ll list all the different combinations I used for my first week. At the bottom I’ll list all the different ingredients you might need.

  1. Scrambled eggs with rice and black beans
  2. Quesadilla with rice and black beans
  3. Chicken breast (with chives, garlic powder, and lemon pepper) and rice
  4. Rice with shredded cheese on top
  5. Rice and diced tomatoes (choose some with some spices you like)

 

Grocery List

  • White rice (I made two cups and it was way too much)
  • Black beans
  • Eggs
  • Tortilla shells
  • Shredded cheese
  • Chicken breast
  • Diced tomatoes
