College Girl Eats: Week Eleven


This week’s meal was a traditional Mennonite staple. Well, at least in my home.
And I mean, who doesn’t love tater-tots?

Tater Tot Casserole

1 lb. hamburger

1 can cream of chicken soup

1-14.5 oz. can green beans, drained

2/3 c. sour cream

Velveeta cheese

Tater Tots

Brown hamburger with salt, pepper, and onion. Add cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Put in bottom of a 2 qt. casserole dish. Put green beans on next. Add 1 layer Velveeta cheese. Arrange tater tots on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and tater tots are browned.
